3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account that is active at mrm88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all such accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

All information provided during registration and throughout the membership period must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and bank account or e-wallet details.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your password with any party. mrm88 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, phone or any other channel.

3.4 Account Activity

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the usage frequency policy in force at the relevant time. Members will be contacted via their registered email before any action is taken on an inactive account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

mrm88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted;
• mrm88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal;
• The value of cryptocurrency deposits will be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time the transaction is made;
• Any taxes or charges imposed by financial institutions or payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the member.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. The standard processing period is between 10 and 45 minutes once the withdrawal request has been approved by the mrm88 team.

5.1 Withdrawal Procedure

• Withdrawal requests must be made through the designated withdrawal section in the member's account;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that have been agreed upon;
• mrm88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal;
• Any withdrawal request related to a bonus must first meet the wagering requirements stated in the bonus section.

5.2 Review and Holds

mrm88 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for the purposes of security investigation, legal compliance, or identity verification. Members will be notified if a hold occurs and will be given the opportunity to submit the required documents.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by mrm88 are subject to specific terms and conditions. The specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is launched.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

mrm88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500;
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated;
• mrm88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account termination.

7. Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games available on mrm88 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

7.2 Sports Betting and Markets

All sports bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Any bets processed during a technical disruption or system failure may be voided and funds returned.

7.3 Bot Usage Prohibition

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Member

Members have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements are completed.

10.2 Termination by mrm88

mrm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account, including forfeiting all funds and bonuses, if the member:

• Violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration;
• Is involved in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
• Holds multiple accounts;
• Is found to be abusing the bonus or promotion program;

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and mrm88 regarding the use of this platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between both parties on the same subject matter.
